Location: Baltimore, MD (remote position, no residency required)
Employment Type: Full-time, 1099 Independent Contractor (35-40 hours/week)
We are working with a school district in Maryland who has multiple remote Special Education needs. These positions within the district are diverse, however each position will include the following general Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Β Develop and implement personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Β Conduct virtual assessments and track student progress
Β Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and specialists
Β Deliver specialized instruction through online platforms
Β Maintain accurate and up-to-date educational records
Β Engage in virtual team meetings and professional development
Qualifications:
Β Master's degree in Special Education or related field (required)
Β Active state licensure in Special Education (required)
Β Proficiency in digital teaching tools and platforms
Β Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Β Ability to create engaging online learning experiences
Β Flexibility and strong problem-solving abilities
