We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Special Education Teacher to provide case management and direct services for a single student for the 2024-2025 school year. Responsibilities:
Β Case manage and provide direct special education services to one student, 2 hours per week.
Β Collaborate with school staff and the student's family to ensure educational goals are met.
Β Develop and implement an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) for the student.
Β Monitor the student's progress and adjust support strategies as needed.
Requirements:
Β Valid New Hampshire Special Education Certification.
Β Experience in case management and providing direct services to special education students.
Β Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a virtual setting.
Β Familiarity with IEPs and working with students in an online learning environment.
Β Two years experience working in schools.
