Tandem Vet Is Hiring: Virtual Veterinary Technician (Remote) Are you a skilled vet tech who loves client education, patient care, and working remotely? Remote (U.S.
based) Schedule: Part-time or Full-time — flexible hours Team: Supportive, collaborative, and pet-obsessed Start Date: As soon as you're ready! What You’ll Do: • Support Tandem Vet partner clinics by virtually assisting with client communication, education, and follow-up • Conduct virtual check-ins and post-visit client calls • Help triage messages and prioritize non-urgent care needs • Review and gather records, provide discharge instructions, and reinforce treatment plans • Ensure every client feels supported and heard — even through a screen What You Bring: • veterinary tech, assistant, or client service experience in a veterinary clinic (credentialed a plus, but not required) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong multitasking ability and comfort with virtual tools • A quiet, reliable workspace and a passion for client care • Familiar with bolthires Docs.
Sheets, and technology operating systems • Familiarity with PIMS and telehealth systems (bonus!)
