Job Description Description: A VMS (Vendor Management System) Analyst is responsible for supporting the management, optimization, and reporting of contingent workforce programs through the organization's VMS platform. This role acts as a liaison between internal stakeholders, staffing suppliers, and program managers to ensure efficient and compliant use of the VMS. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Administer and maintain the VMS platform, ensuring data integrity and timely updates. β€’ Generate and analyze reports on contingent workforce metrics, spend, and supplier performance. β€’ Support onboarding and offboarding processes for contingent workers. β€’ Troubleshoot VMS-related issues and provide user support to internal teams and suppliers. β€’ Collaborate with procurement, HR, and IT to align VMS processes with organizational goals. β€’ Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and audit standards. β€’ Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the VMS. Required Skills and Qualifications: β€’ Experience with VMS platforms (e.G., Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.). β€’ Strong analytical and reporting skills;proficiency in Excel or similar tools. β€’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. β€’ Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. β€’ Understanding of contingent workforce management and procurement processes. Preferred Experience: β€’ Prior experience in a similar analyst role within a large enterprise. β€’ Familiarity with MSP (Managed Service Provider) programs and supplier management.
