Job Description Description: A VMS (Vendor Management System) Analyst is responsible for supporting the management, optimization, and reporting of contingent workforce programs through the organization's VMS platform. This role acts as a liaison between internal stakeholders, staffing suppliers, and program managers to ensure efficient and compliant use of the VMS. Key Responsibilities: β’ Administer and maintain the VMS platform, ensuring data integrity and timely updates. β’ Generate and analyze reports on contingent workforce metrics, spend, and supplier performance. β’ Support onboarding and offboarding processes for contingent workers. β’ Troubleshoot VMS-related issues and provide user support to internal teams and suppliers. β’ Collaborate with procurement, HR, and IT to align VMS processes with organizational goals. β’ Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and audit standards. β’ Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the VMS. Required Skills and Qualifications: β’ Experience with VMS platforms (e.G., Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.). β’ Strong analytical and reporting skills;proficiency in Excel or similar tools. β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. β’ Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. β’ Understanding of contingent workforce management and procurement processes. Preferred Experience: β’ Prior experience in a similar analyst role within a large enterprise. β’ Familiarity with MSP (Managed Service Provider) programs and supplier management.
