Vice President, Retail Sales & Strategy

Location: Remote (Nashville, TN preferred)

We’re seeking a strategic, relationship-driven sales executive to lead and expand a major retail partnership. This role is ideal for a senior sales leader experienced in retail, shopper marketing, and CPG who thrives on building executive relationships and driving measurable growth across in-store, digital, and omnichannel marketing solutions .

    What You’ll Do:
  • Grow and manage high-impact retail partnerships, delivering profitable, long-term results.
  • Lead business development efforts and uncover new opportunities within complex retail ecosystems.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across merchandising, marketing, and media teams.
  • Develop data-driven, insight-led proposals that demonstrate ROI and retail value creation.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver tailored, multi-channel retail media and shopper marketing programs.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a national sales team to exceed goals.
    What We’re Looking For:
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership in retail, retail media, shopper marketing, or CPG .
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and expanding strategic partnerships.
  • Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to leverage insights, forecasting, and financial models.
  • Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and energized by growth.

Location: Remote (preferred candidates in or near Nashville, TN )
