The Role
The VP Sales, Oncology Provider & Hospital Systems will lead and scale sales into oncology hospitals, cancer centers, and broader healthcare systems across the US. This role focuses on driving adoption within complex clinical and administrative environments, requiring strong domain knowledge and stakeholder navigation skills.
This is a foundational commercial leadership role with significant influence over how the company embeds itself into oncology care pathways.
- Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale sales to oncology hospitals, cancer centers, and health systems
- Build trusted relationships with clinical leaders, administrators, and oncology decision-makers
- Navigate complex buying groups and long sales cycles typical of hospital environments
- Drive pipeline growth, deal execution, and renewals within provider settings
- Partner with implementation and clinical teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term value realization
- Provide market feedback to influence product evolution and go-to-market strategy
- Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior sales leader with deep experience selling into oncology hospitals, cancer centers, or health systems
- Strong understanding of oncology workflows, care delivery models, and provider economics
- Proven track record closing enterprise-level healthcare deals
- Credibility with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in high-growth, ambiguous environments
- US-based, with willingness to travel
