Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant (Credit Card / Payment Card Processing)

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in Credit Card / Payment Card Processing to support financial integrations and payment processing workflows within an enterprise SAP landscape.
- The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP Finance (FI/CO) along with hands-on experience in payment processing systems, card integrations, and reconciliation processes.Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP FICO modules (FI-GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, CO)
- Design and implement credit card / payment card processing solutions within SAP
- Work on payment interfaces and integrations with external payment gateways/processors
- Handle card transaction processing, settlement, and reconciliation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate financial and payment requirements
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Manage issue resolution, production support, and enhancements
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and audit requirements
- Work closely with technical teams for integration, IDocs, APIs, and middleware solutions
- Participate in testing, UAT, and deployment activities
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO (FI/CO) implementation & support
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Bank Accounting & Payment Processing
- Proven experience in Credit Card / Payment Card Processing within SAP
- Experience with payment gateways and third-party integrations
- Strong understanding of:
- Card settlements & reconciliation
- Electronic payments (ACH, Wire, Card transactions)
- Experience working with IDocs, interfaces, or APIs
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Knowledge of PCI compliance standards
- Experience with payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, CyberSource, PayPal, etc.)
- Prior experience in Retail, Banking, or Financial Services domain
- Exposure to FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) is a plus
- Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Nice to Have
- SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
