All Jobs > Logistics Analytics & Export Operations Specialist (Philippines-India-LATAM) WAI GLOBAL Apply Logistics Analytics & Export Operations Specialist (Philippines-India-LATAM) Philippines-Contractors, PHL Apply Description ROLE SUMMARY We are looking for an exceptional Logistics Analytics Lead with deep expertise in Export Operations & AI Enablement to support our U.S. logistics organization from an offshore delivery model. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of logistics execution, analytics, automation, and continuous improvement. This is not a traditional operations support role. We need someone who can run critical export activities with precision, while also stepping back to identify inefficiencies, challenge outdated processes, and build smarter ways of working. The right candidate is equally comfortable solving shipment issues in real time, building executive-ready dashboards in Power BI, and using automation and AI tools to improve speed, quality, and decision-making. You will serve as a trusted partner to the U.S. logistics team — transforming operational data into actionable insights, recommendations, and scalable solutions that improve service, cost, and performance. WHY THIS ROLE IS EXCITING · Own work that directly impacts U.S. logistics performance and customer outcomes · Combine operations, analytics, automation, and AI in one highly visible role · Partner closely with U.S.-based stakeholders and influence decision-making · Help shape smarter, faster, and more scalable logistics processes · Join a role designed for someone who wants to drive change — not simply maintain the status quo KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Export Operations & Logistics Execution · Coordinate and execute day-to-day export shipments, documentation, and compliance activities with accuracy and urgency · Manage carrier communications, shipment tracking, proof of delivery, claims, and operational issue resolution · Support warehouse, shipping, and logistics inquiries — including ticket management and follow-through · Monitor shipment flow and proactively identify risks, delays, and service issues before they escalate · Ensure strong execution across export processes while maintaining compliance and service standards Analytics, Insights & Business Recommendations · Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting for logistics performance, freight cost, service, and operational efficiency · Analyze logistics data to identify trends, root causes, cost-saving opportunities, and performance improvement areas · Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for U.S. logistics leaders and cross-functional stakeholders · Develop business recommendations that support smarter decisions across transportation, warehousing, export operations, and service delivery · Use data storytelling to communicate operational performance in a clear, executive-ready format Automation, AI & Continuous Improvement · Design and implement Power Automate workflows and other automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve process reliability · Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate analysis, streamline workflows, improve reporting, and enhance team productivity · Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and scale logistics operations · Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve speed, visibility, accuracy, and business impact · Help embed a modern, data-driven, AI-enabled way of working across logistics support activities Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS · 5+ years of experience in logistics analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, data science, supply chain analytics, or a related field · Experience supporting logistics operations, including export/import, transportation, shipping, or warehouse-related processes · Strong expertise in Power BI — including dashboard development, data modeling, and KPI reporting · Demonstrated ability to derive insights from data and turn findings into practical business recommendations · Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, and automation · Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools used for analysis, research, or productivity · Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating effectively with U.S.-based teams · Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and manage both operational and analytical responsibilities · Willingness to work a shift aligned with U.S. Eastern Time PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · Experience in global logistics, export operations, or cross-border supply chain environments · Hands-on experience with Power Automate · Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other analytics tools · Experience integrating or working with ERP, WMS, TMS, or other operational systems · Exposure to predictive analytics, forecasting, or advanced analytical methods · Experience working in an offshore or shared services model supporting U.S. business teams TECHNICAL SKILLS · Power BI — dashboards, DAX, reporting, data modeling · Power Automate and workflow automation · Advanced Excel · Data analysis, KPI development, and insight generation · AI productivity and analysis tools (ChatGPT, Claude) · SQL, Python, or related analytics tools (a plus) SUCCESS PROFILE You will stand out in this role if you are: · Hands-on and execution-oriented, with the ability to manage operational details without losing sight of the bigger picture · A strong analytical thinker who can connect data to business outcomes · Passionate about process improvement, automation, and smarter ways of working · Comfortable challenging the status quo and bringing forward better ideas · A proactive, solutions-oriented problem solver who takes ownership · An effective communicator who can work across teams, functions, and time zones · Energized by the opportunity to build, improve, and influence OFFSHORE SUPPORT MODEL This role is designed as a strategic offshore partner to the U.S. logistics organization.
