Capstone Logistics is hiring for Warehouse Driver Assistant
The Warehouse Driver Assistant at Capstone Logistics plays a critical role in supporting delivery operations by assisting drivers with loading, unloading, and transporting materials. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers. The Warehouse Driver Assistant serves as a valuable team member, contributing to smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Β Assist drivers with loading and unloading merchandise at designated delivery locations.
Β Secure materials to prevent damage during transportation.
Β Handle and inspect products to ensure accuracy and quality before and after deliveries.
Β Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure smooth deliveries.
Β Navigate and manage delivery paperwork, including route schedules and delivery confirmations.
Β Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and warehouse areas.
Β Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Β Help identify and report any issues or discrepancies related to deliveries or warehouse operations.
Β Support warehouse operations, including sorting, packing, and staging materials as needed.
Qualifications:
Β High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Β Prior experience in warehouse operations or delivery assistance is a plus.
Β Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
Β Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Β Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Β Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment.
Β Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
