About the position
- Responsibilities
- Participate in projects related to 5G technology and network performance optimization.
- Engage in radio frequency design and network functions virtualization (NFV).
- Utilize software-defined networking (SDN) principles in practical applications.
- Conduct business analytics and programming tasks using Java, Python, Wireshark, and Splunk.
- Work with data warehousing tools, including SQL and database query tools.
- Collaborate with team members using Grafana (Prometheus) and GitHub.
- Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.
- Good academic standing with a completion date between December 2026 and June 2028.
- Ability to participate in a full-time hybrid internship from June 2, 2025, to August 8, 2025.
- Confirmed attendance at the WE24 Conference from October 24-26, 2024.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
- Coursework or demonstrated experience in waveforms and radio frequency spectrum.
- Nice-to-haves
- Demonstrated strong written and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
- Knowledge of filters and signal modulation.
- Familiarity with WIFI, wireless, or modern communication networks.
- Understanding of radio signal propagation.
- Knowledge of electromagnetics and optics.
