all Website & Digital Marketing Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)
Location: Remote in Indianapolis, Indiana
Salary: $40,000 – $55,000
Travel: Occasional travel to Louisville, KY for team retreats (a few times per year)
About the Role
MoDuet is seeking a Website & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead both client-facing website projects and internal marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can balance strategy, execution, and client communication while overseeing high-performing websites and digital campaigns.
- Key Responsibilities
- Client Projects & Web Development
- Lead major client website builds from planning through launch
- Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables
- Oversee website structure, UX, functionality, and performance
- Ensure websites are optimized for SEO, conversions, and user experience
- Review and approve complex development work
- Build and manage websites on WordPress and Shopify
- Implement integrations (logins, subscriptions, forms, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or coding issues when needed
- Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Plan and execute campaigns across: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Business
- Support and implement SEO strategies for client websites
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance
- Internal Marketing
- Maintain and update the company website
- Manage internal marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Track and report on website and campaign performance
- Client Communication
- Meet with clients to gather project requirements and feedback
- Provide clear project updates and timelines
- Translate client needs into actionable tasks for the team
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Coordinate with Web & SEO Specialists on updates and maintenance
- Guide team members on website and digital best practices
- Delegate or redirect client requests to appropriate team members when needed
- Qualifications
- Experience with WordPress and Shopify website builds
- Strong understanding of UX, SEO, and conversion optimization
- Experience managing digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (advanced coding a plus)
