Role--Web Developer
- Remote
- Experience building modern web applications with strong JavaScript fundamentals.
- Experience in Svelte, React, Vue, or other component-based front-end frameworks.
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, etc.).
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Comfort working in agile teams and collaborating across engineering, product, and design.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a Svelte-based ecosystem (if not already experienced). Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performance websites using React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Work with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and content feeds.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement user-centric features and iterate based on analytics and feedback.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions to ensure scalable and maintainable codebases.
- Help establish and promote best practices in modern web development (component-driven development, performance tuning, SEO, accessibility).
- Contribute to the migration of legacy codebases into modular, modern web stacks.
- Integrate 3rd party SDKs such as RudderStack and LaunchDarkly
