WHAT YOU WILL DO:
We are seeking a Web & Martech Manager to own and optimize our global web presence and search visibility. This is a hands-on, technically oriented role within the Marketing team responsible for leading design and implementation of our global B2B websites, managing day-to-day website operations and optimization across multiple regional sites, driving organic search performance, administering our Google marketing technology suite, and ensuring product content flows accurately from PIM and DAM systems to the web.
The ideal candidate is a builder and operator - someone who thrives with their hands on the keyboard, can make technical decisions independently, and brings deep expertise at the intersection of web management, technical SEO, and marketing analytics. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, though the position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage external agencies, and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management & Redesign
- Lead the end-to-end redesign of the company's global website, including platform evaluation, information architecture, UX/UI coordination, content migration, and launch.
- Serve as the primary owner of the company website, managing the CMS (content management system), site structure, page templates, and ongoing content updates.
- Ensure website performance, uptime, security, and accessibility standards are maintained across all global regions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creative and development teams, and external agencies/developers to deliver web projects on time and within scope.
- Manage localization and regional website requirements to support global business operations.
- Implement and maintain proper tracking, tagging, and analytics infrastructure across the site.
- Multi-Site Management & Localization
- Manage multi-site architecture across regional and global web properties, including shared components, templates, and design systems.
- Oversee localization workflows, coordinating with regional marketing teams and translation vendors to deliver localized content accurately and on schedule.
- Implement and maintain hreflang tags, international technical SEO best practices, and region-specific URL structures to maximize organic visibility across markets.
- Ensure regional compliance requirements are met across all web properties, including GDPR cookie consent, data privacy regulations, and market-specific accessibility standards.
- Establish content governance frameworks that define regional publishing permissions, approval workflows, and brand consistency standards across sites.
- Technical SEO & Organic Search
- Develop and execute a technical SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility, crawlability, indexation, and site health.
- Conduct regular technical audits, identifying and resolving issues including site speed, schema markup, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and Core Web Vitals.
- Manage technical on-page SEO elements across the site, including metadata, heading structure, internal linking, and URL architecture.
- Manage and optimize the company's presence in Google Search Console, addressing indexing issues, manual actions, and structured data.
- Google Suite & Analytics
- Administer and optimize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event tracking, custom dimensions, conversion setup, and reporting dashboards.
- Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for all website tracking implementations, ensuring data accuracy and tag governance.
- Oversee Google Search Console for search performance monitoring, sitemap management, and technical issue identification.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on website performance, user behavior, and search metrics to inform marketing and business decisions.
- Support paid media teams with proper landing page tracking and conversion attribution setup.
- Product Content & Digital Asset Management
- Manage the presentation and organization of product data, technical specifications, and documentation on the website, ensuring accuracy and consistency across product lines.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and IS teams to maintain up-to-date product information, including spec sheets, CAD drawings, application guides, and technical resources.
- Serve as the web-side integration point for Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, ensuring product data and media assets flow accurately to the website.
- Define and maintain taxonomy, metadata standards, and content structures that support efficient product discovery and search across the site.
- Optimize product imagery, documents, and media for web delivery, balancing quality with performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and IS teams to align website strategy with business objectives.
- Manage external vendor and agency relationships for web development, design, and specialized SEO needs.
- Advise internal teams on web best practices, SEO implications, and analytics insights.
- Contribute to the broader marketing technology roadmap, particularly where web infrastructure intersects with CRM, marketing automation, and lead management systems.

Position can be remote. For those local to our headquarters in Danboro, PA it will be hybrid. Requirements:
- WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 5–8 years of experience in web management, technical SEO, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading a website redesign or large-scale web project for a B2B organization.
- Hands-on proficiency with at least one enterprise CMS platform (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar).
- Strong technical SEO expertise, including experience with crawl analysis tools (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or similar), schema markup, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Advanced working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript sufficient to troubleshoot issues, implement tracking, and communicate effectively with developers.
- Experience managing external agencies, developers, or vendors in a project-based capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience managing or integrating with product content systems, including Product Information Management (PIM) or Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
- Experience managing multi-site or multi-regional web properties with localization requirements.
