Company Overview

Posley Capital is a digital asset fund focused on institutional-grade DeFi strategies. We specialize in delivering consistent, risk-adjusted returns through delta-neutral and arbitrage approaches across decentralized and centralized platforms. We are hiring a Business Development Manager for our incubated Solana DeFi protocol, which offers users delta-neutral and diversified trading strategies on both Perp DEXs and CEXs.

    Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in business development, capital raising, or client relationship management within financial services, asset management, or crypto/DeFi.
  • Skills & Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of DeFi protocols, delta-neutral and yield strategies, and institutional crypto trends.
  • Proven track record of fundraising or business development success, preferably in hedge funds, venture funds, or digital asset funds.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex financial products and explain DeFi strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Existing network within institutional finance, crypto funds, or family offices is highly desirable.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Business Growth: Source, evaluate, and close new business opportunities across DeFi, crypto, and institutional investor segments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with clients, partners, and service providers, ensuring tailored investment solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and secure partnerships with protocols, exchanges, custodians, and infrastructure providers to enhance fund performance and client offerings.
  • Sales & Distribution: Develop and execute strategies for capital raising and fund distribution, targeting institutional investors, family offices, and crypto-native funds.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Posley Capital at key Web3/DeFi events, conferences, and networking forums, particularly in the APAC region.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with investment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and fund strategy execution.
  • Market Insights: Track DeFi trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activity to inform business development strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
