Essential Qualifications – What You Must Bring Licensure: Active RN license in Massachusetts (and New Hampshire, or willingness to obtain dual licensure) in good standing. Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or higher). Experience: Minimum of one year of acute medical/surgical nursing experience. Two to three years of acute or community health experience is preferred. Certifications: Current CPR certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
