Key Responsibilities
Ā Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information via chat
Ā Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot technical problems through chat support
Ā Ensure timely and accurate responses to customers
Ā Adhere to company policies and procedures while communicating with customers
Ā Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
Ā Assist customers with account management and online transactions
Ā Utilize technology tools to navigate systems and efficiently assist customers

Required Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Ā Proven experience in customer service or chat support role
Ā Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ā Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ā Proficient in using chat and messaging platforms and other customer service tools
Ā Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ā Familiarity with CRM systems and customer databases
Ā Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers
Ā Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software and systems
Ā Capability to work independently and as part of a team
Ā Good typing speed and accuracy
