Job Description: Lehman Website Design and Marketing is looking for a WFH Online Chat Agent to join our team. As a Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing online customer support through chat, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Job Responsibilities: β’ Interact with customers via online chat to provide information and assist with inquiries β’ Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner β’ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively β’ Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities as appropriate β’ Maintain a high level of customer service and positive customer interactions β’ Document customer interactions and transactions accurately Essential Qualifications: β’ Excellent written communication skills β’ Strong customer service skills β’ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment β’ Attention to detail β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desired Experience: The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role.
