Job Description: • Drive High-Impact EPC Contracting • Structure, negotiate, and execute EPC contracts for wind, solar PV, BESS, gas, and data center projects to support bolthires, schedule, and performance objectives • Manage the full lifecycle of EPC RFPs, from scope development to commercial evaluation and contract award • Lead contract amendments and post-contract activities, including claims, warranty considerations, and contractor performance tracking • Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, major equipment suppliers, and critical vendors • Monitor market dynamics, supplier capabilities, and commercial trends to inform sourcing strategies • Coordinate closely with Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal to ensure all commercial, technical, and financial requirements are integrated into executed contracts • Provide clear, concise communication that helps internal teams make fast, well-informed decisions • Contribute to negotiating and managing equipment supply agreements as a secondary focus, ensuring commercial alignment with EPC scopes Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in EPC procurement for utility-scale energy projects; wind experience is highly valuable • Strong relationship-building skills that support effective engagement with contractors and suppliers • Ability to synthesize complex commercial and technical information into clear, actionable recommendations • Strong quantitative and analytical skills that support commercial evaluation and negotiation strategy • Engineering background preferred • High proficiency with G-Suite, Excel, Slack, and modern collaboration tools • A collaborative, solutions-oriented work style that helps you succeed in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment • A professional approach grounded in clarity, accountability, and sound judgment
