We are seeking a skilled WooCommerce Expert to manage our online store for IT products and spare parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, particularly with WooCommerce, and possess expertise in supply chain management and customer service. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively handle order management systems and ensure optimal warehouse management practices.
- Responsibilities
- Manage the WooCommerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock of IT products and spare parts.
- Implement effective order management processes to streamline order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize storage solutions and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to orders or product availability.
- Conduct demand planning to forecast inventory needs based on sales trends.
- Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to assist customers with technical inquiries regarding products.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards in warehouse operations, including proper use of forklifts when necessary.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Experience in warehouse management, including familiarity with inventory control systems.
- Knowledge of order management systems and demand planning processes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Background in equipment repair or automotive diagnostics is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.
