Seeking experienced WordPress / nonprofit website optimization specialist (NOT a full rebuild).
Existing website
https://cavikas.info The website already contains the core messaging/content. We are looking for someone to improve structure, navigation, SEO organization, usability, and Google Ad Grants compatibility.
This is NOT a “make it prettier” project.
This is a STRUCTURE / ORGANIZATION / CONVERSION project.
- Current issues identified
- Homepage is too long and tries to serve too many audiences at once
- Weak CTA (call-to-action) structure
- Missing dedicated landing pages for specific programs/audiences
- Weak keyword-to-page relevance for Google Ad Grants
- Poor page hierarchy for SEO
- Navigation/menu structure needs improvement
- Media/content organization needs improvement
- Backend content editing should become easier for non-technical users
- Project requirements
- WEBSITE STRUCTURE
- • Reorganize homepage flow
- • Improve navigation/menu hierarchy
- • Reduce homepage clutter
- • Create clearer audience pathways
- LANDING PAGES
- Need dedicated/focused landing pages for:
- • Seniors program
- • Volunteers
- • Donations
- • Amputees program
- • Cancer survivors
- • Youth/community program
- Pages should support:
- Google Ads relevance
- SEO targeting
- Better conversion flow
- SEO / TECHNICAL SEO
- Need someone who understands:
- • H1/H2/H3 hierarchy
- • SEO titles/meta descriptions
- • Internal linking structure
- • Keyword relevance
- • Image alt tags
- • Schema basics
- • Mobile optimization
- • Page speed optimization
- • Google indexing issues
- • Google Analytics + conversion tracking
- GOOGLE AD GRANTS COMPATIBILITY
- Current Google Ads are approved but barely serving.
- Need help improving:
- keyword-to-page relevance
- landing page structure
- conversion setup
- audience clarity
- CTA alignment
- MEDIA / CONTENT MANAGEMENT
- Need an EASY backend system for volunteers/staff to:
- • upload photos
- • upload videos
- • add captions/descriptions
- • organize galleries
- • update pages without coding knowledge
- IMPORTANT
- • WordPress experience required
- • Nonprofit experience preferred
- • Google Ad Grants experience strongly preferred
- • We are NOT looking for a generic redesign
- • We are NOT looking to rebuild from scratch unless truly necessary
