Job Details
Β Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls.
Β Provide good customer service and empathy.
Β Using computer skills for data entry.
Β Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
Β Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Job Requirements
Β Must have at least 1 year of recent Call Center experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Β Must have active internet already installed and the ability to work from home.
Β Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
Β Great... work attitude and willingness to help others.
Β HS Diploma/Equivalent.
Β Must live be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TX to be considered.
