Responsibilities
Ā Market analysis to identify sales opportunities
Ā Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track client interactions and sales progress
Ā Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide necessary information
Ā Assist in business development activities to drive growth
Ā Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
Ā Support the sales team in achieving targets
Ā Collaborate with the technical sales team to align solutions with client needs
Requirements
Ā Prior experience in sales or account management is preferred
Ā Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
Ā Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively
Ā Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
Ā Knowledge of technology sales and solutions is advantageous
