As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as an Entry Level Customer Support Associate.Responsibilities
ΓΒ Interact with current and prospective customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries, providing information about our client's products, and offering assistance to ensure their needs are met
ΓΒ Generate the lead for the sales team to execute sales presentations to customers with the goal of enrolling them in our client's available services
ΓΒ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, concerns, or challenges promptly, escalating complex problems to appropriate team members when necessary
ΓΒ Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients, aiding in upselling and cross-selling opportunities
ΓΒ Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system
ΓΒ Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client interactions and needs
Qualifications And Skills
ΓΒ Previous experience in customer support, client management, or a related field is preferred
ΓΒ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
ΓΒ Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
ΓΒ Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
ΓΒ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
ΓΒ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
ΓΒ Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with client inquiries and concerns
Education
ΓΒ High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
