What You’ll Be Responsible For • Conduct virtual meetings with clients who have already expressed interest in exploring insurance solutions. • Identify client needs and guide them through the best coverage options available. • Work exclusively with high-quality, company-provided leads — no prospecting required. • Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and compliance standards. • Participate in ongoing online training and coaching to continue developing your skills. • Enjoy complete flexibility to choose your own schedule and work from any location.
Preferred Qualifications • You hold — or are prepared to obtain — a life insurance license, and we’ll guide you through the process. • You communicate clearly, connect easily with others, and build trust naturally. • You’re motivated, coachable, and eager to grow with the right support. • You’re comfortable with technology and confident meeting clients via Zoom or similar tools. • You stay organized, manage your time well, and thrive in an independent work environment. • Background in sales or customer service is helpful, but a positive attitude is even more important.
