In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers via online chat platforms, answering their queries and guiding them through our products and services. You will play a critical role in delivering a positive customer experience and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in real-time via online chat platforms
ΓΒ Guide customers through our products and services, providing accurate and relevant information
ΓΒ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
ΓΒ Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality service standards
ΓΒ Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and interactions
ΓΒ Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
ΓΒ Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures
Requirements

ΓΒ Prior experience as an Online Chat Assistant or similar role
ΓΒ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ΓΒ Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
ΓΒ Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
ΓΒ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
ΓΒ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
ΓΒ Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer management systems
ΓΒ Excellent typing skills and ability to maintain accuracy while chatting
ΓΒ Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
ΓΒ High school diploma or equivalent qualification
