- Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor position
- 100% performance-based commission
- Paid per issued policy directly from insurance carriers not the Agency
- Renewal income opportunities available depending on product and carrier
- Strong income potential for consistent performers
There is no base salary. Income depends on personal effort and production.
Licensing & Onboarding Timeline
Typical timeline to see first commissions: approx. 1-2 months depending on licensing status, availability, and state requirements.
- Onboarding includes:
- Platform application and background review
- Guided onboarding and training materials
- Tevah Tech Account Setup
- State-required pre-licensing education (hours vary by state)
- Fingerprinting (State requirement)
- State Licensing Exam
- Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance
- Ongoing Continuing Education Requirements (CE)
Licensing and onboarding expenses are regulated by the state and paid directly to third-party provided. All costs are the responsibility of the candidate. Full guidance is provided through the process.
- This Role May Not Be a Fit If:
- You prefer hourly pay with guaranteed income
- You are not comfortable working independently
- You are unwilling to complete licensing requirements
Business Development Resources
- Agents have access to structured guidance and multiple methods of client acquisition, including:
- Internal lead programs
- Referral systems
- Warm market education
- Networking strategies
Lead programs are optional and may involve marketing expenses depending on the approach an agent chooses. Our training covers how to evaluate and responsibly manage marketing investment decisions.
This is a professional independent contractor opportunity. Agents are not required to purchase leads to apply or participate in training.

- Must be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License (we guide you through the process)
