Key Responsibilities
 Deliver exceptional patient care and treatment in home settings
 Perform essential nursing tasks including wound care and IV therapy
 Educate patients on disease management and medication protocols

 Supervise the visits of paraprofessional staff to ensure quality care
 Maintain accurate electronic documentation of patient interactions
Required Skills

 Proficiency in electronic documentation practices
Qualifications
 Graduate of an accredited nursing program
 Active nursing license in the state of Ohio
 Valid and current driver's license
 Ability to pass a BCI background check and drug screening

Compensation And Benefits
 Annual salary range: (57,000 - )72,000
 Sign-on bonus: up to $6,240, distributed over the first year
 Referral bonus: $1,000 for referring qualified candidates
