ThatΓΒs what the partner engineering team does!The role is diverse, multi-faceted, and cross-functional providing exposure to both software engineering and product management. You will collaborate with product managers, solution architects, project managers, customer teams, and clients to understand complex requirements, research and brainstorm solutions, design systems and integrations, and build them out seeing them through to completion. Needless to say ΓΒ the work is challenging and rewarding, brings about a ton of learning, and the impact is far-reaching!
We are looking to scale the team to keep up with our rapid growth and are on the lookout for rockstar engineers who are go-getters and love solving problems and building products.
Core Responsibilities
ΓΒ Design and implement scalable API integration framework that connect customer systems with our services. (Can be legacy, GraphQL or REST APIs)
ΓΒ Work with customers to understand their use cases and translate them into effective integration solutions
ΓΒ Build reusable integration frameworks and components
ΓΒ Create detailed technical specifications and integration documentation
ΓΒ Optimize integrations for reliability, performance, and ease of maintenance
Required Experience
ΓΒ Strong background in enterprise system integrations
ΓΒ Experience building scalable SaaS products and integration frameworks
ΓΒ Expert knowledge of Python, Django, DRF, Celery, and PostgreSQL
ΓΒ Experience with webhooks, event processing, and asynchronous architectures
ΓΒ Experience with AWS Serverless Framework
Key Skills
ΓΒ Ability to understand and work with AI service integrations
ΓΒ Strong system design and architecture capabilities
ΓΒ Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
ΓΒ Experience with testing and debugging distributed systems
ΓΒ Skill in translating complex technical concepts for various audiences
ΓΒ AWS and cloud infrastructure expertise
Prefer to Have
ΓΒ Experience integrating AI/ML services into production applications
ΓΒ Knowledge of common AI integration patterns and best practices
ΓΒ Background working with enterprise clients
ΓΒ Startup experience
