Job Description
Job Title: Workday Business Analyst
Duration: 02 months and then should be renewed for 12 months once their 2025 budget has been approved here in the near future.
Location: Minneapolis, Charlotte, Phoenix, Dallas or remote for the right person
- Why is this open:
- They are getting some new product lines coming up and they need a solid analyst to work with the product owner and the developers since the developers are the only ones doing the development.
- Day-to-Day:
- This person needs to work with the product owner who is a very confident lady that will not be afraid to tell you like it is.
- This person needs to be confident and have thick skin and can let things roll off their back.
- They need to be able to navigate the information in Agile model taking the requirement form the business team and put the stories together for the tech team.
- Must Haves (and how they are used:
- Workday
- Configuration experience.
- Very good communicator with the business and IT counterparts.
- Need to be able to solve problems independently and work on their own in a team environment.
- She does not want a PM that says they do BA work, she does not like that mix for this type of BA role.
