About the position
- Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day workflow including monitoring ticket systems and daily tasks.
- Provide Level 2 support and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Support and lead project activities including data mapping and reviewing conversion balancing reports.
- Implement new applications and system functionalities or integrations.
- Support line of business process improvement initiatives.
- Optimize system performance and support change management processes.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to team members.
- Evaluate new releases and monitor application roadmaps.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of related experience in IT or finance applications.
- Workday accreditation in Workday Integrations and Studio (strongly desired).
- Advanced experience in digital and mobile banking platforms, lending solutions, and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in database systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies including SQL, Azure, Office 365, and .NET.
- Knowledge of Application Programming Interfaces (API) and microservices technologies.
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and ServiceNow.

- Experience with MuleSoft middleware.
