- Vistrada is seeking an experienced Workday Financials SME.
- Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
- Apply technical knowledge to determine solutions and solve complex problems.
- Work closely with business analysts, subject matter experts and development teams in design, development, testing, implementation, and support of application projects.
- Participate in and contribute to formal/informal technical reviews and presentations.
- Research, present and/or make recommendations on technical issues.
- Explore new ideas and initiatives that encourage innovation.
- Identify Best Practices for implementing Workday Financials Purchasing and Procurement modules and supporting processes.
- Serve as a SME consultant advising the client management team as a technical and implementation expert.
- Assist in RFP selection of the Workday Financials implementation partner.
- Assist with the management of the Workday and implementation partner team resources assigned to the project.
- Requirements:
- 7+ years of Workday Financials implementation experience/knowledge, specifically in support of Purchasing and Procurement modules and processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
- Expertise to provide unbiased advice, formulate courses of action, analyze programs, and make recommendations across a wide spectrum of Workday Financials areas and processes.
- Passionate, goal driven, team-oriented, and outgoing.
- Flexible, self-starter, and demonstrated ability to operate effectively with ambiguous and evolving objectives in a client-facing environment.
- Effective written and communication skills.
