Workday Integration Architect | Dallas, TX (Remote with 20 30% Travel)
Location: Dallas, TX
Dallas local candidates preferred. Open to remote candidates with 20 30% travel. Boston, MA candidates will also be considered with travel requirements.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Workday Integration Architect to design and deliver robust integration solutions across enterprise systems.
- Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in Workday integrations (Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors)
- Hands-on expertise in Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and data transformation techniques
- Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi
- Solid understanding of integration patterns (batch, real-time, event-driven)
- Experience in data mapping, data migration, and transformation
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
- Knowledge of Workday security model and data privacy practices
- Nice to Have:
- Workday Integration certifications
- MuleSoft or other integration platform certifications
- AWS or Azure Cloud certifications
- TOGAF or similar architecture certifications
