- Description
- Configure and support Workday Recruiting and Workday Learning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (requisition to hire)
- Configure learning programs, courses, and training assignments
- Gather and document business requirements (BRD/FRD)
- Optimize business processes for recruiting and learning workflows
- Support integrations with third-party systems (ATS, LMS, etc.)
- Perform UAT testing and production support
- Generate reports and dashboards for HR and leadership
- Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting and Workday Learning
- Strong understanding of HR processes (Recruiting & Learning/Training)
- Experience in Workday configuration (business processes, security, reports)
- Knowledge of Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors)
- Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical and communication skills
