Job Description: β€’ The Workday Reporting Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Workday reporting tools, responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining complex reports and dashboards. β€’ The ideal candidate will work closely with People & Culture (P&C) Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Workforce Analytics Teams to deliver accurate, high-quality data that drives strategic decision-making. β€’ This role involves managing business-as-usual (BAU) reporting needs, resolving incidents, and contributing to large-scale HR data initiatives. Responsibilities: β€’ Provide subject matter expertise on Workday reporting tools and map business requirements to appropriate reporting solutions. β€’ Support Workforce Analytics Teams by providing qualified and enriched Workday data for analysis and reporting. β€’ Manage BAU reporting needs, handle change requests, and resolve complex service incidents. β€’ Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes. β€’ Deliver on strategic P&C data projects that span multiple business functions. β€’ Collaborate with P&C Partners and COEs to optimize existing reports, standardize reporting processes, and improve usability. β€’ Foster a strong data culture across the organization, promoting data literacy and self-service analytics. β€’ Handle Sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (SPII) responsibly and in compliance with company policies. β€’ Perform additional duties as assigned. Must Have Skills / Requirements: β€’ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting, including Report Writer, Absence, Time Tracking, Calculated Fields, and Compensation reports. β€’ 5+ years of experience in Excel, including Pivot Tables, advanced functions, and data validation techniques. β€’ 5+ years of experience using cloud-based workflow automation platforms (e.g., ServiceNOW, Monday.com, Jira). β€’ Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and workflows effectively. β€’ Excellent stakeholder communication and prioritization skills. Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements: β€’ Workday PRISM experience. β€’ Tableau experience for data visualization and dashboarding. Soft Skills: β€’ Proven expertise in Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics with hands-on experience in Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports. β€’ Experience creating and managing dashboards in Workday; familiarity with Client Boards is a plus. β€’ Strong background in HR transformation projects, preferably in a consulting environment. β€’ Deep understanding of the Workday Object Model, Report Writer, and Calculated Field development. β€’ Knowledge of best practices for Workday report development and governance. β€’ Strong business acumen in HR processes, including position management, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle. β€’ Understanding of Workday Security configurations and their impact on reporting and data access. β€’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Technology Requirements: β€’ Expertise in data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and familiarity with data visualization platforms (preferably Tableau). Qualification and Education: β€’ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field. β€’ Certifications preferred: Workday HCM Certified (Pro or Implementer) β€’ Workday Advanced Reporting Certified (Pro or Implementer). β€’ Workday Prism Certified (Pro or Implementer).
