The Workers' Compensation Attorney will oversee and advocate for a complete caseload, ensuring excellent communication with clients and leading a case management team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and advocate for a complete caseload from intake to resolution
- Foster excellent communication with both the team and clients
- Lead your case management team in delivering exceptional customer service
- Represent the firm at company and community events
- Note: The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may involve other responsibilities as needed
Skills
- 1 up to 3 years as a California applicant or defense attorney, handling all aspects of workers' compensation cases, including depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals
- Active California State Bar membership
- Valid California driver's license and the willingness to travel, occasionally overnight, to various boards in Northern California
