About the position
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team as a Workforce Engagement Intern. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fields of employee engagement, customer benefits, financial wellness and analytics. The intern will do a rotation through various departments to understand the business.
Responsibilities
Ā Rotate through the different areas of Workforce Engagement Organization to understand the touchpoints the organization has with Employers and their employee populations.

Ā Connect with Team Members through the various organization to understand skills for future growth.

Ā Acquire knowledge of the tools, processes, and methodologies utilized by the team.

Ā Collaborate on intern led Capstone Project - Report out and provide recommendations on tools, resources, and enhancements to each rotational area to an audience of peers, managers and senior leadership.

Ā Develop business acumen and enhance collaboration and partnership skills.

Ā Gain exposure to various products and services within Group Benefits.

Ā Participate in meetings.

Ā Learn functions and uses of technology to support the salesforce and business.

Ā Perform duties supporting organization as assigned or required.
Requirements
Ā Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

Ā Strong interest in employee engagement, customer benefits, and operations.

Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Ā A willingness to learn.

Ā Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
