POSITION SUMMARY Radiology Partners is seeking a Worklist Coordinator for our rapidly growing national teleradiology practice. This role will support the daily workflow operations, clients and personnel of the Matrix Practice. As a member of the Matrix team, the Worklist Coordinator will be a key contributor to our daily operations, Radiologist retention, client satisfaction and Practice objectives by providing workflow solutions and proactive recommendations to senior management. Remote Schedules β€’ Generous PTO Plans and Paid Holidays β€’ Proudly Certified as a Great Place to Work for Five Consecutive Years POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES β€’ Proactively monitor and manage workflow across multiple Clario worklists, balancing radiologist capacity versus demand and addressing unplanned site downtimes, stroke, and multi-trauma cases. β€’ Identify when additional support is needed, activate the Rapid Response Team, and release radiologists when appropriate to maintain coverage.

β€’ Oversee radiologist scheduling logistics, including managing breaks, ensuring coverage, and documenting schedule deviations, site issues, volume, and turnaround times in hourly reports. β€’ Respond to CORE and radiologist requests, escalate technical issues via ServiceNow, and prioritize positive findings flagged by Aidoc. β€’ Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings, stay informed on updates to Matrix operations, and adjust workflow practices accordingly. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE β€’ Bachelor’s degree in a health-related or information technology field (preferred) β€’ 4+ years of relevant job experience, ideally in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or medical billing β€’ Proficiency with Clario, PowerScribe, and Intellirad (preferred) Intermediate skills in β€’ bolthires Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across processes and technology COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $55,000-$70,000.

Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
