About Our Team:

build the world’s most helpful learning experiences. We are a team of educators and
artists creating video-first lessons, which we aim to make academically simple and
relevant, as well as visually engaging and beautiful.
Role Summary:
Our video lessons have Worksheets that students use to follow along. In
this role, you will design these Worksheets to make them more engaging and beautiful.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Create Worksheet templates and style guides to enhance, respectively, the visual quality of our videos and the visual consistency of our Worksheets.
- Create Worksheets for our video lessons that are beautiful, well-organized, and consistent – based on principles (visual and instructional design) and style guides.
- Modify and stylize various educational assets (charts, diagrams, tables, maps, etc) in order to best integrate them into our Worksheets.
- Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency with publishing tools including InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Word.
- High attention to detail, high visual creativity, and strong sense of visual style.
- Dependable Team player with strong communication skills.
- Bonus:
- Experience in page composition for print and screens, or in educational content.
- Hungry to learn: Growth mindset; coachable; independent and fast learner.
- Experience in complex workflows; strong skills in organizing and documenting work.
Location: Remote.
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) preferred; part-time (30 hours/week) minimum.
