Job Description
We own a Wyoming corporation that runs e-commerce businesses. We're currently based outside of Wyoming and need help establishing a proper, compliant business address in the state.
What we're looking for:
A Wyoming-based person — ideally someone with experience in business services, real estate, or local business operations — who can help us with the following:
1. Find or provide a compliant Wyoming business address — must be a real address (commercial or residential) that is NOT flagged as a CMRA (Commercial Mail Receiving Agency) in the USPS system. Payment processors automatically reject CMRA addresses.
2. Help with documentation — we need a lease agreement or occupancy agreement in the company's name, and ideally access to a utility bill or other proof-of-address document.
3. Basic mail handling — receive occasional mail and forward or notify us when something arrives.
4. Local knowledge — recommend Wyoming banks or credit unions for opening a business account, help navigate the WY Secretary of State address update, and generally be a local point of contact.
What we DON'T need:
- Registered Agent services (already have one)
- Company formation (already incorporated)
- A virtual mailbox or PO Box (these get flagged by payment processors)
Ideal candidate:
- Based in Wyoming (Cheyenne or Jackson preferred)
- Has an address we can use — commercial or residential both work (office, coworking space, retail location, or even a home address)
- Familiar with Wyoming business services landscape
- Responsive and reliable for ongoing light communication
- Bonus: experience with e-commerce, payment processors, or business compliance
This is a long-term, low-effort engagement — once everything is set up, the ongoing work is just occasional mail handling and being available if we need a local contact.
