Overview

nOps is seeking a strategic X (Twitter) growth consultant to help transform our presence into a leading voice in the Cloud Infrastructure, FinOps, and DevOps communities.

We are not looking for a social media manager or someone to simply schedule posts.

Instead, we are looking for a strategic partner who can work closely with our internal content lead to design and guide a clear growth strategy, positioning, and execution framework.

The goal is to build a high-credibility presence among our target audience.

Target Audience

Our target audience includes engineering managers and executives, as well as senior cloud ops/infrastructure engineers, and FinOps professionals who work for mid-size and enterprise Software and SaaS companies in the U.S. and Canada.

Goals

  • Grow our X (https://x.com/nopsio) followers tenfold from our target audience within six months.
  • Drive consistent and meaningful engagement from our target audience - likes, comments, and reshares.
  • Build authority in conversations around cloud infrastructure, cloud cost optimization, and FinOps
  • Create a repeatable content engine for thought leadership and industry commentary

Scope of Work and Timeline

  • Develop an X/Twitter growth strategy and plan that helps achieve our goals
  • Recommendations on posting cadence and content mix
  • Define positioning, messaging themes, and narrative pillars
  • Identify high-leverage growth tactics used by top technical accounts
