We are looking for a highly skilled and organised Office Support Staff member to provide administrative and technical support to our Australian-based bookings team. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, excellent customer service abilities, and fluency in English. Manage data in Microsoft Excel for import into external systems. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via email and telephone. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Booking Management: Manage our online SMS service to organise customer bookings. Enter orders received via email into the system. Conduct daily backups and checks of data in the booking system. Logistics Support: Upload daily delivery schedules to the Transport Management System. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the Australian bookings team to proactively support daily tasks. Maintain open communication to ensure seamless operations. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience working with transport and logistics companies. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation skills. Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. Strong customer service skills via email and phone. Experienced in data management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and spreadsheet management. Background as an Administrative Assistant and in office support, handling day-to-day operations. Worked in logistics and transportation, gaining practical knowledge of industry processes. Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), managing accounts similar to logistics and transportation, with a focus on accurate data handling. Familiarity with the Melbourne geographic area is an added advantage.
