This is a contract remote role for a Sales Consultant at POP Sells. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Qualifications for our Sales reps:
- Must be comfortable with commission-only compensation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sales and meeting sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience in CRM software and sales analytics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- If you reside in the following states: FL, VA, CO, or CA, you will be required to obtain licensing through your state, at your expense (various costs for each state) are you willing to do so?
- Do you have a dedicated workspace and access to a laptop or desktop for work?
- Are you familiar with Google Workforce - Email, Calendar, Chat?
- This role includes a 30–60 day ramp-up period, during which you'll be learning the business and starting to close deals. Are you comfortable supporting yourself financially during this initial phase?
- Because our consultants work directly with buyers and sellers in significant financial transactions, are you willing to undergo identity verification or a background screening if it is required as part of onboarding or compliance standards?
- Pop provides free onboarding and training resources including video sessions and online learning courses. Are you willing to dedicate the time necessary to review training materials and participate in onboarding sessions to learn the platform and sales process?
