Project Overview
I am an independent hip-hop artist preparing for a May 1, 2026 single release, supported by a YouTube visualizer campaign.
I am seeking a high-level Google Ads specialist to plan, launch, and optimize a YouTube Ads campaign focused on generating high-quality, Tier 1 views with strong cost efficiency and audience precision.
This campaign is performance-driven, with an emphasis on real user engagement, watch time, and algorithm-friendly traffic — not inflated or low-quality views.

Budget & Performance Targets
- Total Ad Spend: $350.00 - $400.00
- Target CPV: $0.01 – $0.03
Estimated view range based on performance:
- ~$0.01 CPV → ~35,000 views
- ~$0.02 CPV → ~17,500 views
- ~$0.03 CPV → ~11,500 views
Target Outcome:
Generate approximately 15,000 – 30,000 high-quality views within Tier 1 markets.
Geographic Targeting (Strict Requirements)
Campaign must be limited to:
- United States (50% of total spend required)
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Australia
- Germany
- Switzerland
- Sweden
- Norway
No Tier 3 or broad/global targeting will be accepted.
Audience Targeting Requirements
Targeting must be built around hip-hop audiences only, using:
- Artist-based targeting
- Fan audiences
- YouTube channel placements
- Search intent and behavior

Device Targeting (Strict Requirement)
Campaign must be configured to target:

Connected TV devices must be excluded (no TV placements).
Campaign Structure Requirements
The specialist will be responsible for:
- Full setup within Google Ads
- YouTube skippable in-stream ads (primary format)
- Optional testing of in-feed ads
Campaign must include:
- Multiple ad groups segmented by audience type
- Structured A/B testing (audiences, placements, creatives if applicable)
- Mobile-first optimization strategy
- Clean, scalable campaign architecture
Performance Expectations
Candidates must demonstrate:
- Proven ability to achieve $0.01–$0.03 CPV in Tier 1 markets
- Experience with music campaigns (hip-hop preferred)
- Understanding of YouTube performance metrics, including:

Click-through rate
Compliance Requirements
Strictly prohibited:
- Bot traffic

- Artificial engagement
- Non-Google Ads traffic sources
All traffic must be generated exclusively through Google Ads and comply with platform policies.
