- *What I'm Looking For**
I run a boutique consultancy focused on pricing and monetization strategy, and I'm looking for a YouTube Ads expert to help me build a full acquisition funnel from scratch.
My consulting engagements start at $25K, and I'm ready to invest ~$5K/month in ad spend once the funnel is dialed in.
I have strong experience with LinkedIn Ads but am new to Google/YouTube Ads — so I need someone who can both advise on strategy AND actually build the campaign.
- I'm not looking for a generalist; I want someone who runs YouTube Ads for their own business (not just for clients) and can speak from real experience.
- *Project Structure**
- This engagement is hourly and has two phases:
- Phase 1 — Strategy & Audit (3–5 hours)*
- We'll start here. You'll audit my existing test campaign, assess what I have, and deliver a clear funnel recommendation with a build plan. This is a paid, standalone engagement — no commitment required beyond this on either side.
- Phase 2 — Campaign Build & Management (ongoing)*
If Phase 1 goes well, I'd love to bring you on to actually build and manage the campaign. This includes setting up the funnel in Google Ads, advising on creative/assets, and helping me scale toward ~$5K/month in ad spend.
