I’m looking for a creative YouTube Shorts Producer who can take ownership of my short-form content process from start to finish. This isn’t just about filming or editing – I need someone who can direct, plan, and manage the creative process, so all I have to do is show up and perform on camera. What You’ll Do Research Trends – Identify high-performing video ideas for YouTube Shorts (and other platforms like TikTok/Instagram). Script/Outline Creation – Write simple scripts or bullet-point outlines that I can follow on camera. Direct Filming – Tell me how the shot should look, what angles to use, how to deliver lines, etc. Manage Editing – Either handle editing yourself or oversee an editor to ensure the final product matches the vision.
