Overview
The Zippy Guide Assistant (ZG I) is an entry-level role ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of sales experience in a high-volume outbound and inbound call center environment. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through proactive communication, supporting licensed Zippy Guides, and ensuring smooth loan processing.

Ā Support licensed MLOs in all functions as business demand rises.
Ā Manage all outbound and inbound calls with excellent customer service.

Ā Review and prepare documents for processor submission.
Ā Provide outstanding customer service and communication with applicants.
Ā Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as assigned.
Ā Participate in training to prepare for the SAFE exam if needed.
Requirements
Ā 1-2 years of sales experience in a high outbound/inbound call center environment.
Ā Detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools.
Ā Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
Ā Proactive and autonomous worker.
Ā Undergraduate degree or extended relevant work experience preferred.
Ā MLO licensing helpful but not required.
