Acara Solutions is looking for a Remote STEM Part-time Grant Writer Consultant for one of our clients in Chandler, AZ.
It will be contract role that will last 3-6 months and will be working 20 hours a week.
Pay: $40-$45 hourly
Background
Grant Writer Consultant will assist AZFirst in identifying, developing, and submitting grant proposals to fund projects aligned with the AZFirst's mission and strategic priorities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- For Consultant:
- Research and identify relevant grant opportunities;
- Collaborate with AZFIRST on proposal strategy and design;
- Draft, revise, and finalize narrative and budget sections of grant applications;
- Assist with submission processes as needed; and
- Maintain regular communication regarding process, needs, and deadlines.
- For AZFIRST:
- Provide timely access to all necessary documents, data, staff, and background materials;
- Review and approve drafts in a timely manner;
- Submit grant applications on behalf of AZFIRST (unless otherwise agreed); and
- Provide acknowledgement of Consultant's role, where appropriate
