Responsibilities • Oversees a dynamic and complex practice, encompassing diverse customers, sophisticated solutions, and significant financial value. • Provides strategic direction for engagement delivery and resource management throughout a large North America region. • Accountable for the three critical pillars of engagement management: people leadership, portfolio and delivery management, and sales enablement. • Holds full responsibility for the portfolio's profit and loss performance, financial planning, and expense management, ensuring business growth and operational excellence.
