Location: Remote - EST or LATAM timezone Seniority Level: Mid Experience Required: 3+ years of experience Language: English proficiency B+ Weβre seeking a Social Content & UGC Strategist to lead social media content calendar planning, trend-driven strategy, and creator-led content development. This role partners with clients to define when and where content should run, conceptualizes high-impact social content, and manages UGC creators. This person brings social expertise, trend awareness, strong creator management, and agency multitasking skills β especially tuned to the American market. .What Youβll Do Social Calendar & Strategy β Build and own the content calendar (timing + placement) across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with client goals β Advise clients on where and when content should go live, based on strategy and trends β Translate client needs into executable content concepts β Integrate trend insights into strategic content planning Trend & Platform Expertise β Monitor trends, platform shifts, new formats, and cultural moments β especially relevant to US audiences β Surface opportunities for on-brand trend participation and creative experimentation UGC / Creator Management β Define and implement UGC strategy β Identify, source, and recruit creators aligned with brand and campaign goals β Manage creator communication, briefing, revisions, and deliverable timelines β Ensure content quality, compliance, and rights usage Client Collaboration β Present content calendar recommendations, creative ideas, and timing strategies to clients β Act as the main strategist in content discussions with clients β Incorporate client feedback, iterate quickly, and manage expectations Creative Coordination β Write creative briefs for internal teams and creators β Provide direction and feedback to designers, editors, and talent β Ensure final creative aligns with strategy, performance goals, and platform best practices Qualifications β 3+ years in social media strategy, content planning, or creative strategy β Experience managing UGC + creators end-to-end β Agency experience working with multiple clients at once (preferred) β Strong experience or familiarity with the American market and cultural trends Skills & Abilities β Deep understanding of social platforms and trend dynamics β Excellent strategic and creative thinking β Strong project & creator management skills β Confident client communication and presentation skills β Organized, proactive, and self-driven Language β English: B+ level or higher (comfortable in verbal & written communication) Apply tot his job
