Sysco is the global leader in foodservice distribution, and they are seeking a Global HRIS Reporting Analyst to enhance HR functions through data and technology. This role involves collaborating with multi-functional teams to deliver reporting solutions, acting as a Business Analyst and configuration expert for Workday HR Reporting. Responsibilities β’ Assist in the development and maintenance of key HR metrics and dashboards (e.g., colleague turnover, time-to-hire, workforce demographics) β’ Partner with HR & functional partners to document report requirements for the purpose of delivering reporting solutions β’ Design, develop and deliver Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports, using Workdayβs report writing tools as well as other tools and available technologies β’ Communicate complex information so that it is easy to understand and influences others to act based on the useful information provided β’ Develop & maintain project plans using data collected, constraints, and probable consequences. Ensure alignment to project schedule and other specifications β’ Support timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when needed β’ Review the effectiveness of reporting solutions, improve current reports, or operationalize new reports / methods as needed β’ Act as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM Reporting by researching and assessing technology needs, identifying systems/process improvements, and delivering technological solutions that support operational excellence β’ Run, schedule, and/or distribute reports to support assigned functional area (automating wherever possible). Perform basic data analysis, research, and correct data integrity issues and/or errors and provide feedback regarding issues, opportunities, or challenges β’ Prepare and deliver regular reports to HR leadership and other stakeholders Skills β’ 3+ years of HR experience β’ A minimum of two (2) or more years of experience working with Workday HCM report writing & calculated fields β’ Experience with data governance, auditing and developing standards/ documentation β’ Demonstrated experience in problem-solving β’ Self-motivated, organized and capable of proactively identifying, sourcing, and handling multiple projects to successful completion β’ Strong computer skills: proficient with MS Outlook, Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel β’ Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues β’ Experience working in a global company, preferred β’ Workday Pro β Reporting, Workday Pro β HCM β’ Associate's degree in related discipline or an additional 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree Company Overview β’ Sysco sells, markets, and distributes food products to restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality businesses.
